Support and Troubleshooting

This plugin allows you to mark certain messages that you receive through outlook as either spam or not spam. When marked this is sent to our internal Barracude Spam Filter to help with the filtering of spam email to your account. Each time that you mark a message as spam it tells the Spam Filter to adapt and look for the new patterns.

To install this utility to function with your Microsoft Outlook simply download the plugin from our website and run the installer once it has completed downloading. Follow the onscreen instructions and click the "Next >" button in the lower right. When completed click "Finish". The plugin should now be installed.

Once installed you will notice two new icons located in the bar at the top and to the rightof your Microsoft Outlook window. They two buttons appear and function as follows:

- Mark selected email as spam

- Mark selected email as not spam
